Find text and add two different texts next to cell

Hello,

I have a sheet with contractor names(sheet1) on A1 and I have a separate sheet (sheet2) with contractor names (A1), personnel assigned to that contractor (B1) and team those personnel belong to (C1).

Im trying to write a formula where it searches sheet1 and if condition on sheet2 is met, then adds B1 and C1 data from sheet2.
