Dell inspiron showing black screen after booting

My dell inspiron 3520 shows a blank screen after booting. I have tried booting into safe mode and auto repair but it did not work. I also tried refresh it were it requested a boot / installation media, but i don't have one. I am realy confused and frustrated now. I need help please

Then your next step is to have a local PC repair shop try a Windows repair.
