External hard drive says XBOX

Hello, I went to use my external hard drives and all I see that comes up is the word XBOX. obviously my son has tried to use it to save a game or something, however I have a lot of work files and family photos etc on the hard drive. I did have it backed up on another hard drive but as it turns out this is doing the same please help.

Try this:
# Download USB Fix
- Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
- Choose "Clean" option.
- A pop-up will follow
- Once you're ready, click "OK".
- While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.
