Hi Requiemrachel,
I would recommend you to try using the Attrib command from the Command Prompt. It should look like this:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* ( change g with your drive's drive letter)

I would recommend you to uptade your anti virus software and do a complete scan.
