Hello,

I have a LG laptop with windows xp pro. When I start it it goes to a black screen that says operating system not found what should I do

This message indicates a failed or disconnected hard drive. An old XP laptop might not be worth the effort to fix. I suggest you have a local PC repair shot do a diagnostic.
