Ethernet controller problem and media test failure please help

I have a Toshiba Satellite i was trying to reboot it to factory reset when when this came up error F3-FF00-0006
Press ok to turn if your computre
So ive gone into another reboot part and it says Ethernet controller v1.13(081016)
Pxe-e61:media test failure check cable
Px.m0f exiting pxe rom

Ok, it seems the you wiped out the recovery partition on the Hard Drive and the only answer is to acquire Recovery Disks from Toshiba support, if they still sell them.
