Forgot my password and recovery e-mail

Hello,

I have been trying to access my yahoo mail. I recently changed my password and was able to access it for a few times. But now, I cannot access my account. It says my password is incorrect. I tried re-setting it but the only option for account access instructions is to be sent to my yahoo account. I cannot remember if I have another yahoo account nor do I know the password. Is there another way to activate my account?
