Can't access my account

Hello,

I get this message when I try to log in:

"Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can."

And the only option available is to "log out". It's been 2 days and I already sent a couple of emails to info@support.facebook.com but in vaine. What to do?

You must use the contact form not an e mail, see here:

Thanks man, but nothing useful for me in the contact form. I already went through this, and sent Facebook my ID copy 3 times!

Same problem, mine is been almost 3 weeks but I could send the ID only once, how did you send 3 times please?

I didn't get any emails actually! I don't really know in which email they sent it!

My Facebook wasn't either associated to a email or number,I think that's why it's making mine more harder:(
