Unable to upload pictures for login approval

I tried to login to my Facebook account from my mother in law's phone today because I no longer have possession of my phone. Facebook refused to log me in stating that because I had never used her device to login before I needed to get login approval. So I began the proper steps towards obtaining the Facebook login approval. They informed me that I could either take a picture of my driver's license and send it in or take a picture of myself holding a clean sheet of paper with a code, provided by them, written clearly and below written clearly my date of birth. Blacking out my address, driver's license number and any other sensitive information, I decided to send a picture of my driver's license. The picture had to clearly show my name, date of birth and my face. I had to then answer some other questions and give an explanation as to why I was having to obtain login approval. Then upload the picture to the questionnaire and then submit. Well I couldn't get a picture to attach or upload or whatever. I tried too many times to count. So I then move on to my next option. Which is taking a picture of myself holding a piece of paper with a code written clearly and below the code my date of birth written clearly. The picture had to clearly depict me, the code and the date of birth. Once again I tried over and over and over again. Too many times to count. And once again it wouldn't attach or upload a single picture. And there were several that were acceptable. Same with my driver's license attempt. There were several pictures that were MORE than acceptable. I tried getting help through the frequently asked questions and wasn't able to find any solutions. So here I am asking you guys. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
