Dell inspiron 1546 is not turning on

Hello,

my dell inspiron 1546 is not turning on(blank screen). when i turn it on the LED at cd drive blinks twice and turns off but light of power glows for some time and it too turns off. i have tried changing ram slots and removing battery then turning off for a minute and then fixing battery but still it dosent works so please suggest me what i can do turn it on.

It may have suffered a major hardware problem. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop do a full diagnostic to see if it's work repairing.
