Yes you can upgrade to a max of 8 GB.

Will it be much of a benefit? Probably not.
Likewise, a larger hard disk will hold more memory it will not make your computer faster or enable it to run games better.
CPU and GPU speeds are what you need for most games. You have neither with that laptop.
