Upgrading a motherboard in a refurbished Dell Inspiron 3847

Hello,

This comp takes 10 minutes to boot and will not accept more than 2048 MB of memory. Please suggest how to upgrade to something much better.

This is the best advice I can give you:

Go into any establishment that sells computers, and pull one off of the shelf. That is your quickest path to upgrades!

Get something with Windows 10, 6 or 8 GB of ram and at least 500GB of hard drive. Anything that has windows 10 on it will be fast enough.
