My sonny vaio is very slow, how to make that high speed, my son make window 8 instead of window 7.

Hello,
1. Delete all of your temporary files by downloading, installing and running CCleaner:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4555-ccleaner/
2. Run CCleaner again to remove registry errors.
3. Defragment your hard disk
That should do the trick.
