Asus Ultrabook S400CA - Lights Blink for a Sec But Won't Start

Hello,

I Having a problem with my newly bought Asus Ultrabook S400CA, that when I Press the Power button all the lights would only blink for half a sec and laptop gives no other response. I sorted out it as a Ram Problem. Can it be Ram Problem. Anyone?
If So, How can I overcome this problem, The External Ram would not work, As I have also installed that for a moment, But Same Issue.
If anyone can help or suggest something it would be great help.
