How to update secondary email or phone number via yahoo mobile

Hello,
I have used the mobile app until now to access my yahoo emails. Today I wanted to log in via a latop (new browser) and I am asked to get a verification code because I've never used this device before. Both the secondary email address and the phone listed as options are outdated. I don't have access to them anymore.

Is there any way to update these via the mobile app? I still have access to my account via the mobile app (but not the mobile browser or any desktop browsers). Where do I find the account settings page via the mobile app?
