Hello,
My toshiba laptop won't turn on but used to then it's said no boot up software and there no Microsoft license sticker on it only had it since October 2014 and still under a year old tried speaking to the shop where I brought it from and they told me contact toshiba only for tHem to shut really need my laptop up and working before Wednesday if anyone knows any advice on what to do please feel free to message me

It's possible the hard disk has failed. You will probably need to pay someone to diagnose and repair it.
