How to autogenerate a new daily report

I have a daily report made up in Excel containing daily (manually entered) data, and "to date" (computed in Excel) data.
I would like to be able to enter the daily data, then autogenerate a new daily report for the next day, with blank spaces for the daily data to be entered, and updating the "to date" totals as new reports are generated.

Sounds like you need to hire a programmer or spend the next 3 years turning yourself into a programmer.
