Attachments in Hotmail

Hello,

Hi, I can't open attachments in 1 Hotmail account. I can sit at the same computer and go to my other Hotmail account and the attachments open so it is only for that 1 account and not the computer. What do I do?

No, nothing happens. It just acts like I didn't do anything. I can open the attachments from my phone just fine.
