Laptop showing black screen

Hello,
I am using dell Inspiron 3541.
I am facing issue with my laptop.
While using, sometime it goes showing blank screen and not able to do anything. I should shutdown the laptop forcefully and remove the battery and start it again to work. After sometime again it goes blank.
I don't understand what is the problem with this. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Sorry we don't know what the problem is either. I suggest you take the laptop to a good local PC repair shop and have them do a diagnostic evaluation.
