Cursor gets stuck and i cant move it

So I was playing league of legends on my laptop then right when the game ended I couldn't click continue so I tried almost everything my cursor get stuck in the middle on the league of legends screen and gets stuck at the top left of the screen on the home page. This is happening with the pad on the comp. and my wired mouse
