Speakers don't work but headphones working

Hello,
i can not hear any sound from my laptop until i use headphones ie. with headphones sound is normal but no sound directly from laptop speakers.

no not any external speakers, i don't have.

Laptop make and model?
Did you check the sound option in control panel-->sound? Did that shows anything?
Also go to your device manager and expanding the sound or Audio option in it and post the image of that in https://imgur.com/ and post the link here.
