2TB seagate external hard drive power supply buzzing?

Perhaps this could be moved to the power supply section, but my hard drive's power supply has started to buzz. It's not loud but it is noticable. I thought I could hear something when taking my Seagate drive into another room, it wasn't the drive itself, so I then held it's supply to my ear and noted the problem.
Do you think the noise is an issue?

Yes soon the drive will fail and your data will be lost. I suggest you replace the drive.
