My Dell E1912H was showing me entering save mode any time i boot it and i have tried all means and its prove abortive, please can some one help me how to solve the problem?

A monitor goes into "power saving mode" when it can't detect a video signal from the computer. This could be a problem with the video cable, video card, motherboard or the monitor itself. You should test with another monitor and/or computer.
