Hello,

Hi, I need some help from professionals :) . I'm a bit dull with computers so I will try to explain my problem as clear as I can. I have an Acer Laptop and whenever I starts it, it got stuck on the windows loading screen. when the windows logo appeared it got stuck right there, and it suppose to carry on to show the login screen but it doesn't, I don't know what's wrong so I reboots it, holding down the restart button for a few seconds to turn it off,, then I restarts it again. After I did that, it notifies me that I have to choose either to start running repair diagnostic (recommended) or to start windows normally. Of course I choose what the system recommends, I wait then it ask me to restore it, so I did. The repair did not successful, at all. It says that it can't repair. Ok, so I click Finish and it shuts down, so I restart it, and it runs normal. please I really need some help. Thank you all in advance.

Hello Iby,

Try to boot your laptop into Safe mode while restarting. Then open the Command prompt within administrator account and execute the following command:
sfc /scannow
Wait for a while in order for Windows repair itself. After that if I were you I would also type the command: chkdsk /r
to repair errors on the hard drive if any.
Please, come and share the results afterwards.

Cheers.
