Hi Siva,
Your hard drive is visible in Disk Management but not in BIOS? If you are using a desktop PC, try to change the SATA ports and cables. Check in Disk Management if you have son unallocated space. Is the drive accessible in My Computer? If it appears empty, confirm that you have no hidden files of folders.

in my desktop not showing 500gb it showing 3.86gb and ill change sate cable and power cable also. plz replay me wat i do....

Could you send us a screenshot from Disk Management? There is a chance that your drive's capacity is separated and there is an unallocated space. Do you have valuable data on the drive? It would be a good option if you can connect the drive to another PC, as a secondary storage drive. Is the situation the same?
