Router how to stop blinking and allow other devices to connect

Recently I had to reset my password to the router. Once I reset my router it allowed only a few devices to connect to WiFi and started to blink orange. A week later it continues to blink orange and will not let any devices but the few ones it did earlier to connect. Does anyone know how to stop the blinking and allow other devices to connect?

It is a Belkin Router
