Hello,
My dell laptop is not starting. Whenever I open it and trynto put in my laptop password the letter 'p', continuously goes on typing on its own. And when I just open my laptop the 'F12 Set up' pressed on its own and if I exit then it again reappears.... Please sought my problem fast, there's a lot of important things I need from my laptop!!

Does this behavior also occur in safe mode, or if you try to start your laptop from a live CD/DVD?
My first impression is that your keyboard is failing - not too easy to test without removing the keyboard. Has anything been spilled on it?
