My laptop showing a blue screen with please wait command

Hello Sir\Madam

I'm using HP laptop with updated windows 8.1 with 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD. While turn on my laptop, it just showing a blue screen with please wait command. Please resolve my problem. Thanks for the time to take to read my message.
