Laptop doesn't start

My Lenovo z510 ideapad laptop is not starting .. There is no indication of power signal when I press the power button . I tried connecting the charger
. evev then there is no indication of power .. I need it working urgently
. could you please suggest possible solutions [ battery is non removable ]
