My Laptop not recognizing any wifi connection

Hello,

My laptop (lenovo) is not recognizing any wifi connection. In our company, we have wi-fi connection but laptop not recognizing the wifi connection. The wifi symbol remains in gray color and on it a red color cross mark. I m using lan cable to access the internet. Please help me to solve this problem.

It means you can't able to use your home wifi also?
For company wifi you have to contact your company's system admin...
