follow this steps:
1- insert your email in facebook and click on " forget my password"
2- click on the choice " send an email "
3- Go to your professional email on yahoo or hotmail or gmail..."
4- they will sent an email to you to reset your password
this how you can get back your account and why you can see your profile because the hacker had desactivate the account , when you reset the password and open the account it will reactivate
