Harddisk detected but cannot open

sir,
i am using wd harddisk when I start the computer harddisk show on bios setting
but they cannot booting. then I used on another computer as a secondary disk this show on disk mgmt but cannot be open and not detect the partition. pls answer and how to solve this problem bcoz some important data's have inside the harddisk.
