Hi Narayan Kumar,
Please check the drive’s manual for some information about LED blinking. Blinking may mean power supply issues. Search for your drive in Disk Management. Does it appear there with a file format and a drive letter? I strongly recommend you to try the device on another PC and with another USB cable.
Open Device Manager and search for the drive, uninstall it, restart the PC and reconnect the drive.
