Large Font when using Internet

This just happened to my friend's computer. When he goes to the Internet, all the screens are in over-sized font. How does he fix this? He is using an older computer, about 8 years old. Not sure which version of Windows he is using.

Check to see if the browser is ZOOMED! Set the view at 100% and see it makes a difference!
