Forget my yahoo password and alternate Email

Hello,
I want to access my yahoo email but they keep asking me to verify it by getting the code they sent me to my alternate email but I gave up my alternate email long time ago. How can I verify my yahoo email now?

Did you already give the mobile number to sent the code?
