Hi Haidsm0a,
I am sorry for the problems caused by your My Pasport drive. Did I understand it correctly that the chkdsk command took two days to complete?
Is the drive visible in Disk Management and in Device Manager? I strongly recommend you to check the drive with another USB cable and on another PC. Do you have valuable data stored on the drive?
If the drive is visible in Disk Management, check if it has a drive letter and a correct file format. I strongly recommend you to use Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and check drive's condition. Follow the link below for some instructions and a download link.

Hope this helps

Sadly, this kind of error may indicate some connectiviry problem. Your OS can not fully communicate with the hard drive's firmware. You should check the drive on another PC and with another cable. Is your hard drive still under warranty?

It is extremely difficult to say it is a PCB problem without a detailed examination of the drive. It could be this kind of problem, but, unfortunately, changing the PCB may not solve it. If you have some valuable data on the drive, it could be easier to contact a Data Recovery Company and requiest some assistance.

Unfortunately, there are no official WD Data Recovery Partners in Saudi Arabia. If I were you, I would contact the drive reseller or the local tech store and get some recommendations. For further assistance, you may contact the WD support in Saudi Arabia, following the link below. Just change the country and you will get the phone number for your counrty.
