Hello Bolab,
Can you tell me the exact type of error code you are receiving on your display? Have you tried booting in the BIOS to see if it's recognized there? If it is, please check the Drives' setting and make sure your HDD has been put first priority when booting.
I guess, if your HDD was broken, the message on the screen would be like "select proper boot device".
Please, come and share some more info.
