Laptop freezing

Hello,
sir during working or watching movies my acer aspire 4720z laptop stuck for a minat. every after 5 to 10 min my laptop goes stuck i am so distrub can you please tell me what is the problem.is my laptop processor problem or any other problema .

It probably got really hot. Always place your laptop on a flat smooth HARD surface, and never on a cloth, towel or bed. The air must circulate under it!
