Hello,
my laptop has a problem, when I type "s" it become "zs", when I hit Spacebar the capslock on and the ctrl key, become volume increase button, I have tried the Fn + Numslock but it doesn't work. help me please I have to do my homework. sorry about my bad English.

It appears that you keyboard is failing and needs to be replaced.
A possible fix is to use an external USB keyboard.
