Dell Latitude E6520 power light lights up but nothing happens

Hello, i have a dell latitude. I shut it down this morning and when i came back i tried turning it on, the power button lights up for like 10 sec and then turns off. There is no fan no HDD sound, nothing. Plz help, already tried discharging static flea

Probably a dead motherboard.

but this happened once before 3 months ago and after waiting a day it started working again. Tried waiting for 2 days still no response
