Try this 1
If it gets stuck at Dell logo most of the time then it might be due to one of
your device in your laptop is having problem in getting detected during the
POST. When you switch ON your laptop, click on the "Tab" key. You can see
the POST screen. Find the device which is taking much time in getting
detected.

this issue could be beacause of few issues below.
1. hard drive failure.
2. no operating system is installed.
so please go to bios and check can you see your hard drive or not. if you can not see then it is the fault from your hard drive. else you need to install or repair operating system on your computer.
