Hello,

some keys (Home, Delete, left and right arrow, and probably few more around) stopped working as I installed Windows 10 on my laptop.

Official ASUS support recommended me to downgrade the OS... (facepalm)

Any idea how to fix it and keep W10?
Thank you.

Hi

To see if a driver problem or a faulty keyboard
Boot up in safe mode

Google on how to do this in win 10

If still wrong
Boot up off a Linux bootable cd or USB

Hirens boot cd or gparted or parted magic
Or a live Linux distribution disk

See if problem still there under different operating system

These are quicker than rolling back to Previous windows version

Assuming a windows 10 software problem look at Asus support forums to see if Asus has similar problems with version of 10 and may have new keyboard driver available.

Issue remains in safe mode. I haven't tried live Linux already, but I noticed that it also doesn't work in bios, so it seems to me that it could be hardware issue. I will try live Linux hopefully tomorrow to make sure.

Sadly I haven't found any driver or similar issue.

If neither works in linux then it is surely keyboard issue
