Hey there, Esoreivoj.
I assume that you haven't reformat the drive yet and you can boot to Windows, is that correct? If "yes", then I'd suggest that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostics tool and test the drive for errors, to see if anything unusual shows up.
If you can't boot to Windows or if the diagnostics tool doesn't show anything out of the ordinary, I'd recommend that you try the HDD with a different SATA port and cables, to see if the same thing happens. You could also try it with a different computer as well. Another thing you could try is to reset or update your BIOS and give it another go with the Windows 7 installation media.
