Hey there, franky.
More often than not, this is caused by a problem with your drive or motherboard. In order for you to find out which one is it (if it's one of them), you have a few options:
1. Test the drive with another computer, to see if the same thing happens (or at least with a different SATA port and cables on yours, in case it turns out that one of them is faulty).
2. Try a different drive with your computer, to see if you'd be able to install Windows on it and boot properly, or at least if it's recognized by your BIOS/UEFI.
3. Send the laptop back to the manufacturer (or reseller) if it's still under warranty (or a computer service shop if it's not), so that the guys there can run full diagnostics and hopefully find out what could be wrong with it.
