Numeric keys on right of keyboard stop working

hey i have sony vaio.. i updated it with windows 10 recently bout a month ... every thing worked good but once settings got changed by me and the numeric keys on right of keyboard stop working ...i m pretty sure i didn't made any kind of rough use that it might have some internal probs.. i verified the setting by turning on and off the mouse settng .. setted them to default ..what not.. pls guide me further..

IS the num lock key on? Does your hardware manager see the keyboard for what it is (manufacturer) or does it just see a keyboard? If it just sees a keyboard, you have a generic driver installed and you need to go to the keyboard manufacturer and get the latest driver. Your keyboard may not be 10 compatible!
