IS the num lock key on? Does your hardware manager see the keyboard for what it is (manufacturer) or does it just see a keyboard? If it just sees a keyboard, you have a generic driver installed and you need to go to the keyboard manufacturer and get the latest driver. Your keyboard may not be 10 compatible!
