Urgent auto clicking mouse

Hello, I work at a sales job where we get leads over the internet and have to click on them with our mouse in order to get it. it very competitive and hard to get them. I wish that I could download a auto clicker but IT will not let me. so I am wondering if there is a mouse that I can plug into my computer that will auto click for me so I do not have to download anything?

Greetings,

There is no such auto clicking mouse. There are Macro Recorder applications

that need to be installed in your PC or can be run without any installation.

But I don't think it's possible for you, as the IT guys will block installing

applications for the safety and security reasons.
