Having a problem with my flash

Hello.. my flash disk says I should format it but when I do it. Says windows can't complete the format.. I tried using CMD it say disk un usable.. help me plz

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Try formatting your flash drive using the "HP USB Disk Storage Format

Tool". Click on the below link and download the file.

2) If the problem still exists then check if there is any format utility available

in your flash drive manufacture's website. Try formatting with that

utility.

3) If the problem still exists then click on the below hyperlink "HDDLLF" and

download it.

HDDLLF

Connect your flash drive --> Open the downloaded application --> Click on

"Continue for free" --> Select your flash drive from the list --> Click on

"Continue". After completion of the process try formatting your flash drive

from the Windows.

its not working still.... using the HHDLLF its not showing my flash drive

using the other one its saying; permission denied, the administrator rights are required to run the program
