1 system install 3 recovery 1language ad 1 os disk the guy said his girlfriend locked him out the hd he bought at a store

the os disk loads files starts windows then goes to no bootable divice insert disk

The hard disk is corrupted or defective.

Are those recovery disks or are they the full system install software?
Who is that someone who replaced the HD and why?
Was replacement HD new?
What was those disks purchased from Acer?
