Hello

It's a brand new disk so normal that it can't read. You must install the operating system

This is getting confusing. I am not getting the full story.
Are those recovery disks or are they the full system install software?
Who is that someone who replaced the HD and why?
Was replacement HD new?
What was those disks purchased from Acer?

You must reply to all of my questions

The hard disk is corrupted or defective.

You get a brand new hd and install a brand new, genuine operating system.

It seems that someone fooled you.
