Hi Deepshe,
I’m sorry for those connectivity issues. Do you think that the drive may have suffered some physical damage? If so, there may be some mechanical issue and those sounds may indicate it too. I would recommend you to try the drive with another USB cable and on another PC. Open Disk Management and check if the drive is visible and it has drive letter and correct file format. If it has a drive letter, try using the chkdsk H: /r command from the Command Prompt, where H should be your drive letter.
