No sound from iHome earbuds

My iHome earbuds are plugged in to my Windows 10 computer, and it detects them, but there's no sound! They've done this before but I don't remember what I did to fix them.

OK, while the earbids are connected in, erase the hardware <strike>form</strike> FROM the hardware manager. It should start to re-install as soon as it is un-installed. Give that a shot!

Turn the volume up? Does the hardware manager see them?

Yes, the volume's up, and the laptop detects the earbuds.
